How Nonviolent Communication Can Transform the Nervous System and Help Us Heal and Thrive: An Evening with Neuropsychiatrist Dr. Ahmad Dobea

Dr. Dobea’s research has identified 18 practices, all related to Nonviolent Communication, which generate positive, healing responses in the brain. Learn the results of his research and experience one or more of these practices. This evening will be useful for Nonviolent Communication trainers, learners, and anyone who wants to learn more about the power of empathy, presence, and human connection.

This event is sponsored by Heart-to-Heart, bringing life-changing education to people impacted by trauma and incarceration. The event is free of charge and open to all. A free-will offering will be welcomed.

About the Presenter:

Dr. Dobea is founder of the Egyptian Association for NVC in Psychotherapy and a leader in spreading Nonviolent Communication through the Arabic-speaking world. He is a friend of Heart-to-Heart trainer and president Steve Tumolo.

Steve will introduced Dr. Dobea, followed by his presentation. Opportunities for questions and practice will be included.
