CLASS DESCRIPTION
Based on Nonviolent Communication, this course brings a holistic approach to understanding your child’s behaviors and gives you the tools and awareness to address situations with far more clarity about what’s important to you and what’s a fit for everyone involved. Join Heart-to-Heart to learn how to build a relationship with your child based on compassion, connection, and trust. Training is delivered live online via Zoom in 90-minute sessions. High-speed internet access is necessary to participate.

This class is for Quincy & Braintree families with at least one child age 8 or under.

Heart-to-Heart helps parents, caregivers, educators, and others to develop the skills of healthy relationships in order to raise
thriving children. We teach the essential skills of mindfulness, empathy, decision-making, and conflict transformation in a supportive learning community.
