Earth Circle
Summer 2025 Earth Circle
Listening for earth in us.
Heart-to-Heart seeks to help climate justice leaders in Massachusetts grow even more life-giving and courageous relationships with their themselves, one another, their communities, and the earth. We seek to disrupt and replace patterns of urgency, scarcity, division, and burnout, with an earth-centered circle that can hold and nurture leaders across age and geography for the long arc of the climate justice movement.
In this circle, we will practice standing in the tragic gap between what is and what could be in our movement. We will listen deeply for the abundance in each other and invite it forward with open & honest questions. We will renew our deep convictions and our gratitude for this chance to move with life into our collective future.

The practice:
We will gather several times on Zoom and once in person to slow down and support each other’s deep speaking and listening. We will gather as a full circle, in small groups, and spend “solo” outdoor time in direct dialogue with our patch of earth. We will treat stillness and the earth as members of the group. We will use theEarth Circle Touchstones to ground and guide our interactions and group practice.
Who is this for:
We will build an intergenerational cohort of leaders in the climate justice movement including individuals from the following age ranges 15-30, 30-45, 45-60, 60+.
We seek leaders who consider themselves lifers in the climate justice movement and have at least 1 year of experience actively engaging with the movement in their communities. This sort of leadership takes many forms and names. For more detail consider our broaddefinition of leadership.
