Monetta Edwards is the Director of the Winston Center of Leadership and Ethics at Boston College. In this role, she is responsible for the Center’s strategic initiatives and partnerships, including the programmatic schedule, communications, and public relations, and broadening the Center’s reach on campus.

Monetta holds a BS in Business Administration from SUNY Fredonia, an MS in Hospitality and Service Leadership from Rochester Institute of Technology, and an MS in Leadership and Administration from Boston College. She has held the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation since 2006, and has over 20 years of corporate event planning experience. 

Monetta enjoys reading and traveling; going to the theater and concerts; is passionate about social justice issues including gender & racial equity and equality in leadership; and advocating for the Special Olympics organization and ALS research.
